DELIVERY POLICY – THE PIZZA COMPANY VIETNAM
The Pizza Company Vietnam serves customers through a network of nearly 80 restaurants across 22 provinces, delivering within a 4 km radius from the nearest restaurant.
1. Delivery Fee
- Flat Fee: 25,000 VND per order (applied to the total after any discounts/promotions), for deliveries within a 4 km radius from the restaurant.
2. Delivery Time
- Operating Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
- Delivery Timeframe:
- For successfully placed orders: delivery is expected within 30–45 minutes.
- Note: All deliveries must be completed by no later than 10:00 PM on the same day.
3. Delivery Methods
a. Home Delivery Orders
- Ordering Process:
- Customers complete their order on the website www.tpc-beta.qsrvietnam.com to receive an order code and confirmation.
- The system automatically processes the order and forwards the information to the designated restaurant branch.
- Order Confirmation:
- The call center may contact customers to reconfirm order details in the following cases:
- System errors during order processing
- Orders with a total value of 2,000,000 VND or more
- Delivery Process:
- Once the order is confirmed, a delivery staff from the nearest branch will deliver the order along with included items (sauce, spoon, fork, napkins, etc.)
b. Self Pickup at Restaurant
- Ordering Process:
- Pickup Time:
- Approximately 20 minutes after confirmation, or after a confirmation call from The Pizza Company Vietnam (for orders over 2,000,000 VND)
- Customers may request a change in pickup time if informed at least 1 hour in advance.
- Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM daily
- Product Check:
- Upon receiving the order, customers are encouraged to check their items. In case of any issues or defects, please retain the receipt for inspection at the restaurant.
General Note: All disputes between The Pizza Company Vietnam and customers shall be resolved in the spirit of cooperation, respecting the rights and ensuring fairness for both parties.
